By accessing our website (https://www.colonynetworks.com) or using our services through access to Colony's CloudOne platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use our services or access our website.

This website is for marketing and informational purposes only. Users with active credentials can log in to Colony's CloudOne platform to use features and functionality for subscribed services if a customer with live data, or enabled services with sample data, if not a customer.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Colony Networks or its content suppliers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws. Brands, marques, and logos of third parties displayed on this website belong to their respective owners and are used by Colony Networks under license or for identification purposes.

You agree to use the website only for lawful purposes. You are prohibited from posting on or transmitting through the website any material that is unlawful, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, vulgar, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

If you have been provided with access to a demo account on the CloudOne platform, such access is for evaluation purposes only. You understand and agree that the demo account is provided "as-is" and without any guarantees, warranties, or representations, including, but not limited to, the accuracy, performance, or availability of the demo services.

By using the demo account, you acknowledge that no formal agreement (including an MSA) governs your use of the platform, and Colony Networks shall not be liable for any data loss, service disruption, or damages arising from the use of the demo account. Your access may be revoked at any time, and you agree to use the demo account in compliance with these Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

Customers will not, directly or indirectly: reverse engineer, decompile, disassemble or otherwise attempt to discover the source code, object code or underlying structure, ideas, know-how or algorithms relevant to the Services or any software, documentation, or data related to the Services; modify, translate, or create derivative works based on the Services; use the Services for timesharing or service bureau purposes; or remove any proprietary notices or labels.

The website and its content are provided on an "as is" basis without any warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to the warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement.

In no event will Colony Networks be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of the use of or inability to use the website, services, or any data loss, unless specifically stated otherwise in a separate Master Service Agreement. This limitation of liability applies to all types of data, including but not limited to personal data, business data, and any sensitive information that may be handled or processed through the website or the CloudOne platform.

Active customers of Colony Networks, including Communication Service Providers (CSPs) and their respective customers, are bound to the terms and conditions of the separate Master Service Agreement (MSA) as agreed upon in the respective document. As part of our commitment to data security and protection, we comply with the SOC2 Trust Service Criteria, including security, availability, and confidentiality. We undergo regular audits to maintain SOC2 compliance, and SOC2 audit reports are available to customers upon request.

These Terms and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of British Columbia, Canada.

Colony Networks reserves the right, at its sole discretion, to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms of Use by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes.
